It reviews the adoption and implementation of policies to support the transition and examines the achievements of differents sectors. The study identifies challenges and highlights potential opportunities for countries to green their economies. Given their vital economies role, the study focuses on the transition of small and medium enterprises -SMEs- to greener processes, products and services. A bottom-up approach to the topic involved interviewing entrepreneurs, learning from their stories and gathering key information from the main challenges they must overcome and the drivers that could aid the transition.
