This project developed a series of recommedations for the implementation of voluntary environmental management controls within the hydrocarbon sector in Colombia. Importantly, it concludes that voluntary initiatives can effectively address many industriy, government and stakeholder concerns surrounding hydrocarbons development in Colombia. This conclusion is drawn from the following report.
