The objetive ot the project was to prepare a SAP as an instrument for working with the responsible local institutions towards the sustainable development of the binational and inter - jurisdictional basin of the Bermejo River. This paper describes the priority actions identified by the two countries as necessary to deal with the principal environmental problems
