This report represents the initial fulfillment of that compromise. It builds up on the preliminary green house gas inventory for 1988. The gases included in this inventory are carbon dioxide - CO2, methane - CH4, nitrous oxide - N2O, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide - CO, and non methame volatile organic compounds...
