The document reviews the applicable proposed ambient air standards, and then discusses the proposed emission from production facilities from two aspects : minimization of gaseous hydrocarbon emission from the process equipment and the gathering of such emissions utilizing vapour recovery technology and destruction of these emissions in a flare on both a continuous and intermittent basis.
