In this paper, a new control systems is introduced in rural areas, which seems to be cheaper than the available ones. This system works almost on the same principle as the one used as water clocks, in ancient Greece. To the author, such a system has not been used for tracking the sun. It consists of two separate tanks, a floater, and a connecting rod. A tank is located at a higher level than other tank and is connected to it via a valve.
