This project has the objective of identifying and analizing the barriers that renewable energy projects carried out in the Puyango - Tumbes basin could face. Based on the analysis of the current situatuion of the area, and the existent information of several institutions of Peru and Ecuador, procedures are defined to take advantage of the clean development mechanism (CDM) opportunities.
